What is EHHPA?

Education in Headache for Healthcare Professionals in Africa (EHHPA) is a virtual hybrid symposium that fosters education in headache in Africa with the goal of improving patient care and outcomes.

It is through strong partnership between the African Academy of Neurology (AFAN), World Federation of Neurology (WFN) and the Global Patient Advocacy Coalition (GPAC) that this free-educational program was developed to combine clinical education with intentional design to incorporate the patient voice. Leading experts from across the globe are selected with purposeful focus on speakers from Africa through AFAN.

Who Should Attend?

We encourage healthcare professionals that provide care to those living with headache and migraine attend such as neurologists, headache specialists, general practitioners, primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, mental health providers, researchers, educators, physical therapists, residents, neurology and other specialties; patient advocacy organizations, and industry experts.

The EHHPA program would not be possible without the management of GPAC along with its partners AFAN and WFN. Thank you for your support and continued engagement with the program.
